The ultimate exercise in trust, blind driving has its roots in team building exercises. It's proven so popular with stags, though, that we've added it to our list of stag do activities too! Get the boys away from Reading's pubs and bars for a few hours, and head out into the countryside for a driving experience with a difference.
The setup's simple. Get your best mate behind the wheel of a car, blindfold him, then stick the lads in the back seat so they can tell him where to go! He'll have to trust their advice completely, and act on it instantly if he's going to stop the stag do from literally turning into a car crash.
We reckon stags love this one so much because it's a bit of a metaphor for the whole weekend! When you're blind drunk in a Reading nightclub, the only people you should be listening to are your friends. Question is, can you really trust them? Blindfolded driving is one way to find out...
Put the stag behind the wheel and navigate him through a series of obstacles to earn top points. At the end of the afternoon, the team with the most points is crowned champions. Oh, and don't worry about ending up in a ditch (or on the road)-every car includes an experienced instructor and co-driver in the passenger seat. If you're going too far off course, she can apply the brakes!
