Our driving centre, located just outside the city centre, is the perfect place to put a stag party through its paces. We've got a massive selection of natural and purpose-built courses and different machines to choose from. Some are crazy, some downright terrifying, but none of them are as original or tricky as Blindfold Driving. The course is very simple; it's just a field with the route marked out for you. Sure - it may be a bit bumpy, but nothing you can't handle, right? Try doing it when you can't see!
When we say the driver is going to be 'blindfolded' we mean it! We're talking about being encased in complete and total darkness. We use blindfolds which completely take away all vision, including periphery. You'll be able to feel the steering wheel, operate the pedals and hear the instructions of your passenger and backseat drivers, but that's it.
The other chaps in the vehicle will have to guide you through the course, instructing you on braking, turning and driving in a straight line. You think the straight line bit would be easy, peasy, but even that gets tricky when you're bouncing around a field with a visibility factor of nothing! This activity for stag parties is top of the list for bonding before the stag's big day. You either trust the chaps implicitly, or you fail. Don't worry, we've got an instructor on hand to make sure the boys can't prank you into a ditch - well, at least not too much!
