If you thought Laser Quest was a relic of the 1980s, think again! The retro classic combat game has been seriously updated, and is now suitable for stags with attitude.
Not only does the modern version of Laser Quest take place in the open air (20 minutes outside Leeds, in the dramatic hills and woodland glades of West Yorkshire) - it's also grown up in terms of atmosphere and setup. Stags of a certain age, who remember clattering about in a black room decorated with strips of Day Glo tape, will have their minds blown by the game scenes we've got in store for them!
Saddle up and infiltrate bunkers, bases and enemy barricades. Dodge through post-apocalyptic landscapes, taking cover from the bangs and flashes of grenades and simulated missile strikes. This isn't Laser Quest as you know it, chaps. This is war.
Your stag party is kitted out with replica H&K (Heckler & Koch, one of the biggest military and law enforcement arms suppliers in the world) submachine guns, and sent out on demanding training missions. They use the same ones in real Army manoeuvres. The only difference here is what you're firing! No blanks for you lot. High tech lasers cut through the smoke, registering hits in the body armour of your opponents. Think Starship Troopers crossed with Dog Soldiers. Leeds will never be the same again!
