Ready, aim, fire! There's nothing like a spot of shooting to blast away all those pre-wedding worries. Get your poshest togs on, and join the lads for an afternoon of utter brilliance.
Cardiff is excellently located for a clay shoot. You'll be hefting competition standard rifles in the glorious Welsh countryside, surrounded by hills, valleys and woodland. And with several different shoots to get the hang of, even expert marksmen will be challenged!
Your instructors are competent, registered members of a local Cardiff shooting club. They're as enthusiastic as they are skilled, and are great at getting total beginners to track the clays properly. You'll learn to lead the bird with the barrel of your shotgun, and take the shot without waving the weapon about.
Everyone makes a mess of shooting when they start. By the end of your session, though, your stag party will be taking out clays like stone-cold assassins! Once you've mastered single shots, you'll move on to multi-directional shots and finally the hardest of them all: the double tap. Blow two clays away with both barrels, and you get to be called "master of the hunt" for the rest of the weekend!
