How about this for your stag weekend: downhill mountain biking. Saddle up and cycle through unspoilt villages, along woodland trails and past all sorts of natural wonders. Local guides will pick you up and whisk you off to the highest point in the region, where you'll enjoy a 26-mile run, followed by an 18-mile run down the other side of the mountain. This is a great way to escape the tourist areas for a bit, see a different side to a popular holiday destination, and blow off some steam.
Pedal past castles, rugged gorges, lush valleys and traditional villages. Stag parties who do downhill biking can also see some of nature's most majestic animals and birds, including eagles and possibly tigers if lady luck is on your side.
Don't be too fooled by the name. Although this one is called downhill biking, it's still a decent physical challenge that'll definitely get the blood and testosterone pumping. Come on! Drag the stags out of the bars for a bit, get some fresh mountain air in yer lungs and check out all sorts of amazing shizzle that you usually only see on a David Attenborough TV series.
